Current Client Profile:

Individualized Care Management, currently provides medical management services for 420 employers with approximately 355,000 employee lives. In addition, ICM provides medical management for over 50,000 fully insured lives. The types of clients for whom we provide medical management are: Totally Self-funded Clients - Those who are 100% self-insured.  Partially Self-funded Clients - Those clients who utilize a reinsurance carrier for catastrophic claims.  Fully Insured Clients - Those clients who utilize an insurance company for benefit provisions.  Medical Savings Insurance Clients - Those clients who utilize a combined savings program with an insurance company benefit provider. ICM's current client base is widely diversified. The largest client served by ICM has an enrollment of 12,000 member lives and the smallest enrollment is 50 member lives. ICM's client base consists of a wide variety of work groups.
