Individualized Care Management, Inc. Receives URAC Accreditation
Individualized Care Management, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded accreditation for their Health Utilization Management program by URAC (also known as the American Accreditation HealthCare Commission).
Individualized Care Management, Inc. is a medical management company who provides services to over 350 self-funded employers throughout the United States. Headquartered in Lafayette, IN, ICM also has offices in Indianapolis, Anderson, Evansville, Terre Haute, Warsaw, IN and Cincinnati, OH. ICM offers health care management programs as well as disease management and other services designed to assist employers in controlling health care costs. ICM currently works on behalf of approximately 387,500 covered employee lives located throughout the United States.
