Maternal
Obstetric Management (MOM):
The MOM
program is dedicated to assisting expectant
patients during their pregnancy. All patients
are screened for high risk potential and are
followed up as appropriate.
MOM participants are provided Trimester
Newsletters throughout their pregnancy and have
direct access to their CSCM for questions and/or
issues. All high risk expectant patients are
immediately put into our high risk perinatal
program for ongoing oversight and intervention.
