Dr. Isaac J. Myers, II

Dr. Isaac J. Myers, II, He serves as the vice president of clinical and business integration at Wishards Health Services. As a president of ICM, Dr. Myers helped reverse-engineer the business process in order to restructure the company and produce an integrated approach and a more meaningful care management reports.  He also helped in implementing one integrated system solution after retiring 5 old systems. Dr. Myers is also on the Advisory Boards of both DBMS, Inc. and DBMS Health Services (ICM). He served as the Chief Operating Officer at MindGent Healthcare Clinics, Indianapolis, Indiana, and was responsible for coordinating operating business units and providing directions and planning for MindGent’s clinics. Prior to MindGent Dr. Myers severed as the Vice President of Medical Affairs for ADVANTAGE Health Solutions and Sagamore Health Network, an Indiana HMO and PPO health plans. There he provided expertise and strategic direction to the medical management, quality improvement, pharmacy, data analysis and provider relations departments. He also managed ADVANTAGE’s provider, hospital and ancillary contracting along with vendor management. Prior to ADVANTAGE and Sagamore Dr. Myers worked for Prudential Health Care as their Regional Medial Director for the Indiana and Ohio States. There, he helped to integrate business units, and focused on data management and financial reporting.

Dr. Myers is known as a leader in the industry and serves on various national healthcare and business committees. He also serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Health Care Excel, one of the largest quality improvement organizations overseeing Medicare and Medicaid business nationally. He has completed several executive leadership programs and has begun working on his MBA at Butler University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at Hope College in Holland Michigan, M.D. at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan, completed his Family Practice Residency at Indiana University Hospitals in Indianapolis, Indiana and practice as a Family Physician in Springfield Ohio.
