Wellness
Program:
Our newest program is our
Personal Wellness Profile – helping employees
take their first step to better health. Through
this comprehensive assessment, employees learn
to begin to take personal responsibility for
their health. Available online or in paper
form, this program will benefit both the
employee and the employer. A detailed report is
provided to the employee, with practical
recommendations to improve their health.
ICM is there
to provide the education and intervention as
appropriate. The employer receives an Executive
Summary Report as well as a Group Summary
Report, showing what type of expenses they can
expect to encounter as well as practical steps
that can be taken as a company to improve the
awareness of their employees.
